Company profile

Based in Starnberg, Germany, RISAN® GmbH specialises in the state-of-the-art, non-destructive renovation of drinking water pipes in the building sector. The RISAN® system is sold and applied all over Europe, and is suitable for all types of properties; from family homes and residential complexes, through to hospitals, hotels, schools, retirement homes and other public or commercial facilities.

The inner-pipe renovation process was constantly developed and optimised based on decades of experience, in order to guarantee maximum safety for your drinking water and your installations. The coating materials used to renovate pipes from the inside were adapted by RISAN® to meet the current requirements in the field of drinking water hygiene. As a result, the RISAN® system guarantees longevity even at continuous operating temperatures of over 65°C, with a 10-year warranty for as-new value.
The RISAN® system's extremely short curing time of just 4 hours mean that there are no notable restrictions to your day-to-day life. The rusty drinking water pipelines in your property are renewed from the inside in record time, without creating any dirt or turning the area into a building site, and generating cost savings of up to 50% when compared with conventional full water-pipe replacement. The RISAN® coating material, which is developed and produced in Germany, meets the stringent regulations of the drinking water approval in accordance with the UBA (Federal Environmental Agency) guideline, the KTW-A (contact with drinking water guideline for cold and warm water) standard, and the DVGW (German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water) W270 worksheet.
